Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Branquo (https://branquo.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Branquo, a SaaS product provided by a company registered in Sweden. By accessing or using Branquo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Branquo
Branquo is a web-based tool that allows brands and agencies to track Share of Search through customizable dashboards. The service is intended for use by businesses and organizations, not individual consumers.
2. Account Registration & Access
To use Branquo, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Branquo operates on a monthly, usage-based subscription model:
Each account includes 1 free dashboard for evaluation purposes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active dashboards beyond the free tier at the time of renewal.
Automatic Upgrades: If you add additional dashboards, your subscription will automatically upgrade. However, charges apply at the next billing cycle, not immediately.
Automatic Downgrades: If you reduce your dashboards to only the free one, your paid subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the billing period.
We do not offer refunds, including for partial months or unused time. More details are provided in our Refund Policy.
4. Third-Party Dependencies
Branquo relies on third-party data sources, including Google. While we strive to maintain accurate and uninterrupted service, we are not responsible for outages, data delays, or changes from these third-party providers.
In the event Branquo shuts down permanently, active subscriptions will be canceled and unused time will be refunded proportionally.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Branquo in violation of any laws or regulations
Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any part of the service
Use the service to distribute spam or unauthorized marketing
Infringe on any intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Branquo (including software, dashboards, branding, and analytics) are the exclusive property of Branquo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of any data you input or upload to Branquo.
7. Limitation of Liability
Branquo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you only retain the free dashboard, your paid subscription will automatically cancel.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your access will cease, but we may retain necessary data as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by local laws.
