Refund policy

At Branquo (branquo.com), we strive to deliver reliable, data-driven insights that help brands and agencies track Share of Search effectively. We believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to billing and usage.

Choosing a Plan

When signing up for Branquo, users must select one of three available plans:

  • Starter – Free – Includes 1 dashboard

  • Professional – Paid – Includes 3 dashboards

  • Agency – Paid – Includes 5 dashboards

All paid plans are billed monthly.

Additional Dashboards

If your active dashboard count exceeds the number included in your plan, you will be charged for each Additional Dashboard:

  • Base price: $15/month per additional dashboard

  • Professional tier: $3 discount per additional dashboard

  • Agency tier: $5 discount per additional dashboard

This is handled automatically by the system. Adding or removing dashboards updates your billing accordingly.

Upgrades & Downgrades

When you upgrade or downgrade your base plan, Branquo automatically recalculates your billing:

  • The number of dashboards included with your new plan is applied

  • If you have more dashboards than your new plan allows, you will be charged for Additional Dashboards accordingly

  • If your new plan includes more dashboards than you currently use, your "Additional Dashboards" line item is reduced or removed

This ensures your charges always reflect the combination of your base plan and actual dashboard usage.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial months, downgrades, or unused time. Since the Starter plan allows you to explore Branquo at no cost, all purchases are considered final once a billing cycle begins.

Third-Party Data Dependency

Branquo relies on data from third-party services, primarily Google. While we strive to provide continuous and accurate data, we cannot be held responsible for outages, API changes, or service limitations originating from those third-party platforms.

Service Termination

In the event that Branquo discontinues its service entirely, all active subscriptions will be canceled, and pro-rata refunds will be issued for any remaining paid time.

Jurisdiction

Branquo is operated by a company registered in Sweden. This refund policy, along with all associated terms and conditions, is governed by Swedish law. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms, regardless of your location.
