Free Dashboard Access

Every Branquo account includes one free dashboard, enabling you to explore the product and its core features before committing to a paid subscription.

Billing & Subscription Model

Branquo operates on a monthly, usage-based subscription model. You are charged based on the number of active dashboards in your account at the time of your monthly renewal. Only dashboards beyond the free tier (i.e., 2 or more) are billable.

Automatic Upgrades & Downgrades

Please ensure you manage your dashboards before your billing date to control your charges.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including for partial months or unused time. With a free dashboard available for product evaluation, all purchases are considered final once a subscription cycle begins.

Third-Party Data Dependency

Branquo relies on data from third-party services, primarily Google. While we strive to provide continuous and accurate data, we cannot be held responsible for outages, API changes, or service limitations originating from those third-party platforms.

Service Termination

In the event that Branquo discontinues its service entirely, all active subscriptions will be canceled, and pro-rata refunds will be issued for any remaining paid time.

Jurisdiction

Branquo is operated by a company registered in Sweden. This refund policy, along with all associated terms and conditions, is governed by Swedish law. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms, regardless of your location.
